About Bowen Planning
Bowen Planning was established in April 2006 by Mike Bowen.
Its aim is to provide helpful and effective advice to clients to enable them achieve their development aspirations.
The town planning system was set up to manage the use of land in the public interest. But, as our understanding of the effects of development on the environment has increased so the mechanisms for the control of land use change have become more complex. Bowen Planning provides the means for clients to both understand what is required to enable development to take place and to steer an appropriate course through the administrative process.
A full range of services is available including the assessment of development opportunities, the preparation of planning applications and making representations on development plans prepared by local planning authorities.
